Romanian Housemaids Homecoming – Elle Belgium

During a few weeks of summer, Giorgia and Manuella return to Tulcea, in the Danube Delta, south of Romania. There, they reunite with their families, homes, and routines, surrounded by their loved ones. It's an opportunity to attend a barbecue, a wedding, a birth, and to indulge in emotions by spending some time with the elders. They wear smiles on their faces and savor every moment.
For the rest of the year, they work as housekeepers in the homes of Waterloo and Rho-de-Saint-Genese, Belgium.
